Two Residential Infill Projects

These neighboring downtown projects required distinct identities within the same established streetscape. With façade finishes still under development, our task combined material exploration, neighborhood integration, and a clear presentation of the residential roof decks.
The larger mixed-use building combines brick and metal with an active street frontage. Its rooftop terraces introduce lounge areas, planting, dining spaces, and pergolas. The more compact residential project fits between existing buildings, with a roof terrace extending the living environment above the street.
The visual approach connects architectural character at pedestrian level with elevated views that reveal amenities otherwise hidden from the neighborhood, communicating the additional lifestyle value of the roof spaces.
